• Spark Tutor Conversations: Questions you ask the in-app AI tutor ("Spark") and the corresponding AI-generated responses, stored per topic to preserve your chat history

• Usage Data: How you interact with the app, features used, and session duration

MentupAI uses third-party artificial intelligence services to generate personalized learning content for you. To provide this service, we share limited, non-personal data with these AI providers.

AI Provider

What Data is Sent to AI Services

We only share the following information with our AI providers:

• Your Learning Goals: The text you enter describing what you want to learn (e.g., "Learn Python programming in 30 days")
• Generated Topics: Topic names that are created as part of your learning plan
• Day Numbers: The sequential day number in your learning journey
• Spark Tutor Questions: When you use the Spark AI tutor, your questions along with the relevant lesson content (topic name, key takeaways) are sent to AI services to generate educational responses

What Data is NOT Sent

We never share your personal information with AI services. This includes:

• Your name, email address, or account information
• Authentication credentials or tokens
• Device identifiers or location data
• Your progress, quiz scores, or learning analytics
• Any personally identifiable information

Purpose and Consent

The data sent to AI services is used solely to generate personalized educational content for you. By creating an account and accepting our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you consent to the use of AI services for generating your learning workspaces and educational content. If you do not agree with this use of AI services, please do not create an account or use the app.

Our AI service providers have their own privacy policies governing how they process data. These providers are contractually obligated to handle data securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

In addition to AI services, our app uses the following third-party services:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): For secure cloud hosting and authentication
• Apple Sign-In: For convenient and secure authentication on iOS
• Google Sign-In: For authentication (when enabled)
• RevenueCat: For subscription management and payments

• Open the MentupAI app
• Go to Settings
• Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
• Confirm your decision

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account information (email, profile data)
• All learning workspaces and content
• Your progress, quiz results, analytics, and Spark Tutor chat history
• Subscription information (subscriptions will be cancelled)

This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. You can also contact us at privacy@mentupai.com if you need assistance with account deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data
